In 2019-2020, Patrick completed a VISTA service year at the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-MN). Also a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (RPCV)-Tanzania, he has two advanced degrees in public health/international health & nutrition. With a Fulbright Research Scholarship, he conducted original research on improved infant feeding practices in rural East Africa, where he hopes to return someday to become a ‘gentleman farmer. He is an adjunct & contributing faculty member at several CEPH-accredited universities, teaching global health. He loves alpacas, the desert, and hopes to retire to either AZ or Greece.
