The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR)’s mission is to enhance the understanding of Islam, encourage dialogue, protect civil liberties, empower American Muslims, and build coalitions that promote justice and mutual understanding. The VISTA project will address the needs of our constituency, the East African immigrant community, by researching, planning, and creating an online resource toolkit to enhance the community’s well-being.
